Cuisinous Inc. (“Cuisinous”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a digital platform (the “Platform”) allowing Users to offer and purchase prepared food.

Cuisinous operates solely as a technological platform and does not prepare, transport, inspect, or verify food. Transactions exist solely between the Seller and the Customer.

1. DEFINITIONS

• User: Any person accessing the Platform.
• Seller: A User offering food via the Platform.
• Customer: A User purchasing food via the Platform.
• Personal Information: Data that identifies an individual.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED

2.1 Information provided directly

We collect your names, emails, phone numbers, and login credentials. For Sellers, we also collect the preparation address and permit information.

2.2 Automatic data

We collect your IP address, device type, and location data if you have enabled this option.

3. DATA USAGE

Your information is used to manage your account, facilitate transactions between Users, process payments, and ensure the security of the service.

4. DATA SHARING

Your information is shared with technical providers (payments) and with the other party during a transaction (Seller/Customer) to enable delivery or pickup.

5. YOUR RIGHTS (LAW 25)

In accordance with Law 25 (Quebec), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.
